What exactly is installed when my server is created?

The Node.js starting image: a Linux server with the Node.js runtime ready to use, plus full root access so you can add your process manager, reverse proxy, database, and anything else your stack needs. This dedicated page configures Node.js only, with no other starting images in the picker. Plain operating-system servers are ordered from the Cloud VPS Hosting page.

Can I run more than one app on one server?

Yes. It is your server with full root access. Many customers run an API, a front end, and background workers together, especially on Grow and above. Just size honestly: everything on the box shares the same memory and processing power, and our team can advise if you are unsure.

Do you support my app itself, or only the server?

Our support covers the server: keeping it running, reachable, and backed up weekly, and on the Managed option, patched, monitored, and prioritised. Your application code, packages, and deployments stay yours, the same as with any VPS. If a problem looks like it might be the server, write to us and we will tell you honestly which side it sits on.

Can you move my existing app from another host?

Yes, standard websites and applications are migrated free of charge, validated with you, and cut over only after checks pass. Unusual custom setups are reviewed with you first so the move is planned properly; the move itself is still free.
