02 / Prepare

Build a migration plan

Coordinate backups, access, DNS, SSL, and a launch window designed to limit disruption.

03 / Move

Transfer and validate

Move supported cPanel sites and verify key pages, forms, databases, and certificates.

04 / Launch

Update and monitor

Complete the DNS transition and check the website after traffic reaches the new environment.

Cloud migration scope is confirmed before work begins. Standard assistance is intended for supported cPanel websites and depends on account access, data volume, dependencies, and cutover requirements. Multi-server architectures, custom applications, database redesign, extensive email migration, advanced networking, third-party licenses, remediation, or development work may require a separate assessment or fee. Check migration eligibility.

Frequently asked questions

Cloud hosting answers.

What is cloud hosting?

Cloud hosting provides website resources through cloud infrastructure rather than relying on a basic shared hosting setup. It gives growing sites a more flexible path for CPU, memory, performance, and capacity.

How is cloud hosting different from shared hosting?

Shared hosting is designed for lighter websites that can share resources efficiently. Cloud hosting provides plan-based CPU and RAM, making it a better fit for businesses expecting higher traffic, heavier workloads, or continued growth.

Which cloud hosting plan should I choose?

Choose Personal for one growing site, Business for multiple websites, ecommerce, or agency work, and Pro for high-traffic sites or resource-intensive applications. Contact our team if you want help matching a plan to your workload.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. The plan range provides a clear path from 2 CPU cores and 2 GB RAM through 6 CPU cores and 6 GB RAM. Contact support when your website needs more resources.

Is cloud hosting suitable for ecommerce and traffic spikes?

Yes, when the selected CPU and RAM allowances match the store's catalog, visitor volume, checkout activity, plugins, and database demand. During a spike, the website uses the resources included with its plan; sustained demand may require an upgrade.

What does unmetered storage or bandwidth mean?

Unmetered means you are not charged according to the amount of storage or bandwidth used; it does not mean unlimited resources. Usage must support the normal operation of your hosted website or application and comply with the selected plan, the Terms of Service, and the Acceptable Usage Policy. CPU, memory, and other plan resources remain limited to the capacity stated for the selected cloud plan.

Which billing terms are available?

Choose monthly, annual, 24-month, or 36-month billing. Longer terms show a lower monthly equivalent but are charged in full: annual totals are $204, $252, and $348; 24-month totals are $384, $480, and $648; and 36-month totals are $540, $684, and $900 for Personal, Business, and Pro respectively. Checkout confirms the current recurring total.

Are website migrations included?

Yes. Eligible annual plans include unlimited free website migrations requested during the first 90 days after activation. Each site must fit the destination plan and published compatibility, access, timing, and scope requirements. Mailbox migration and custom platform work require a separate assessment. See the Migration Policy.

How does the 99.9% uptime SLA work?

Availability is measured according to the published service-level terms, including the measurement method, exclusions, claim requirements, and applicable remedy. Review the 99.9% uptime SLA for the controlling details.

What payment options does InterProWebHost accept?

Available checkout methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrency. Supported cryptocurrencies shown on this site are Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC), and Tether (USDT). Availability can vary by country, currency, product, and payment gateway; checkout shows the methods currently available for your order.
